La Cumbre es organizada conjuntamente por el Consejo Nacional de las Artes de Sudáfrica y FICAAC, con el apoyo del Departamento Sudafricano de Arte y Cultura, el Gobierno Provincial de Gauteng, el Departamento de Deportes, Arte, Cultura y Recreación y la ciudad de Johannesburgo : Dirección de Arte, Cultura y Patrimonio y la Compañía de Turismo de Johannesburgo.
